By purchasing a course, you ("you", "your", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Access
Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email invitation to create an account on our course platform, hosted by Systeme.io. Access to the course is granted via this account. It is your responsibility to keep your login details secure and confidential.

Courses are intended for adult learners. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Course Content and Usage
The course is delivered entirely online and includes video lessons, written materials, and downloadable resources.

The course content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any part of the course without our prior written permission.

Some materials may be downloadable for your personal use, but the core content is view-only and accessible through your Systeme.io account.

3. Payments and Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£). From time to time, we may offer promotional prices. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

Payments are securely processed through Systeme.io and their approved payment providers including and not limited to PayPal and Stripe. By completing your purchase, you also agree to their payment terms and conditions.

4. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you find that the course isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Just email us at support@sofa2stage.com within that time frame and we’ll process your refund as soon as possible.

Please note: While the course is mostly view-only, it does include some downloadable resources. By requesting a refund, you agree that you will no longer have access to the course content or any materials you may have downloaded.

This refund policy is in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

5. Account Termination or Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorised sharing of content, misuse of resources, or abusive behaviour.

All content within the course is the property of Every Bird Records CIC or its licensed contributors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Every Bird Records CIC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the course.

Our maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.
